We’re heading outside this weekend!!

After a bashing from Mother Nature with snow and rain, we’re finally getting a break! This weekend Gossett’s Farm Market is moving outside, to completely enjoy the sunny skies and 60 degree temperatures.

Pillows from Debbie Schmidt

The local Artisan this week is Debbie Schmidt. Debbie has an amazing selection of handmade decorative pillows.

No doubt that you’ll find that unique item for your own home or as a gift for someone special, and you’ll be supporting your local community.

The vendors are excited to get outside and Grazin Angus Acres is celebrating by offering something new to the market, ready to eat Grass-Fed & Finished Black Angus Kielbasa Stick. Renne’s Jams and Jellies has a new product for the Market, Lemon Plum Jam and Grapefruit Marmalade!

Dennis, the Orchid guy will be here with 40-50 orchid plants – assorted genera in bloom or bud.  Great prices on beautiful locally grown plants. He is offering free culture lessons – how to care for your new plants. Dennis will help you pick out the type of orchids that will grow under your home conditions.

Melissa, our plant buyer and resident expert gardener,  will also be here from 1:00 – 3:00pm. Her Gardening 101 class starts up this Saturday and is entitled  “Waking up your garden”. Its FREE and there will be plenty of time for Q&A.

We got Farmers Market specials from the Nursery as well. For information on those specials and some other news about seeds, click on the “Nursery Events” tab on the top of the page.
